Dean Cottrill
Executive Vice President, Brokerage and Team Consulting
Dean leads T3 Sixty’s Brokerage and Team Consulting and is an associate partner. He conducts tailored consulting services for large brokerages and leads annual business reviews and strategic intent exercises for brokerages and teams of varying sizes. In addition, he manages valuations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Dean has more than three decades of experience playing a pivotal role in driving brokerage leaders and firms toward greater success and profitability. His extensive leadership background includes senior-level positions at some of the largest and most respected real estate brokerage companies in the U.S. such as Long & Foster, Weichert Realtors and NRT (now Anywhere Advisors). Before joining T3 Sixty, Dean spent a decade at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, rising through the ranks to become group president for the East Coast where he managed 66 sales offices and led more than 4,000 associates, achieving an annual sales volume exceeding $10 billion.
Lisa Piccardo
Senior Vice President, Brokerage and Team Consulting
Lisa is responsible for overseeing the delivery and administration of brokerage and team consulting programs at T3 Sixty, with a focus on growth, streamlining operations, optimizing recruitment and retention efforts, and implementing effective marketing strategies. She brings a wealth of experience to the role having founded, grew and eventually sold an independent boutique brokerage. Lisa subsequently assumed the position of president and principal broker at the acquiring company.
Before joining T3 Sixty, Lisa held the position of global vice president, lead affiliate services at Sotheby’s International Realty. In this capacity, she led the servicing team for the U.S. and Canada, while also serving as a business consultant to affiliates across the Mountain West region. She and her team provided support to approximately 150 independently owned and operated Sotheby’s International Realty firms and 600 offices collaborating with affiliates to develop strategies aimed at fostering expansion, enhancing profitability, attracting and retaining top talent, and promoting brand engagement.
